Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting a Care and Support Assistant at our CQC Registered Learning Disabilities Scheme in Eastgate, Stoke.

Role of Care and Support Assistant includes:
* Supporting customers with learning and physical disabilities to maximize independence
* Key working with individuals to develop and follow care plans
* Providing high-quality, personalized care including personal care and medication management
* Assisting with daily activities like washing and dressing
* Supporting community engagement, visits, and appointments
* Promoting social inclusion and a positive environment
* Ensuring safety and undertaking risk assessments
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in personal care is desirable
* Ability to work well independently and in a team
* Flexibility to adapt to changing needs
* Strong organizational skills
* NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it is desirable
