Are you passionate about people, personal development, and building a positive workplace culture? Thrive is looking for a motivated People & Culture Apprentice to join our friendly, forward-thinking team. Whether you’re early in your career or making a change, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing your CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (fully funded).

Responsibilities:

* You’ll play a key role in supporting our People & Culture (P&C) team to deliver a great experience to our colleagues across Thrive.
* Supporting the team with administration, organisation, and upkeep of internal systems and knowledge hubs.
* Becoming a systems expert in our HR, Learning & Development, and Recruitment platforms.
* Coordinating bookings and logistics for internal events, meetings, and training sessions.
* Tracking, reporting, and improving processes to enhance colleague experience.
* Managing the People & Culture inbox and offering timely, helpful support to internal queries.
* Creating and updating resources, guides, and trackers to support a self-service model.
* Contributing to reporting and analysis to support the broader People agenda.

Learning & Development:

As an apprentice, you’ll receive dedicated time and support to:

* Complete your CIPD qualification (Level 3 or 5) to a high standard.
* Attend all study sessions, seminars and learning events (within reason).
* Reflect on your learning and apply it to your work as your knowledge grows.

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone curious and committed to making a positive impact. We welcome people from a wide range of backgrounds.

You should be able to demonstrate:

* Experience in administration, planning or organising (in any setting).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
* A people-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
* The ability to work responsibly and handle confidential information.
* A commitment to inclusion and treating others with respect.

Desirable (but not essential):

* Experience in a leadership or responsibility-based role (e.g. student council, voluntary roles).
* Previous experience in a support, service, or people-focused position.

Specific roles within Thrive are subject to a basic DBS check, the successful applicant(s) will be contacted by our People Team if this applies to their role.

Closing date: 4th August 2025 at 12.00pm

Interviews: 14th & 15th August 2025

We reserve the right to close this recruitment if it is deemed that we have received a suitable number of applications. On this basis we would advise that applications are submitted as soon as possible.
