The Role: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students' educational and emotional needs. Your responsibilities will include:
 * Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.
 * Providing one-on-one support to students with SEMH needs.
 * Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
 * Supporting students in developing coping strategies and resilience.
 * Working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure each student’s well-being and progress.

Requirements:
 * Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs is desirable.
 * A compassionate and patient nature, with excellent communication skills.
 * The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
