Salary: £40,000 £45,000 per year


About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support small, agile digital innovation projects across multiple operating companies. This is a hands-on role for someone with 23 years experience in project management or PMO, ideally within a consulting environment. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, helping deliver technology initiatives including UX redesigns, AI adoption, IoT solutions, and other digital transformation programs.

This role is focused on growing your skills, with less governance and more opportunity to take ownership of projects while working in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Scope, plan, and manage projects from start to completion, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
2. Manage multiple small projects concurrently, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
