ADMINISTRATOR | WEST LONDON | £24,000-26,000 PER ANNUM | 5 DAYS PER WEEK | MONDAY TO FRIDAY
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for one of our major clients in West London. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week. Hours of work are 09:00am to 18:00pm Monday to Friday .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To assist the Gates & Shutter Managers with overseeing and safely managing all aspects of the specified contracts and ensuring compliance
2. Ensure that the contracts operates in a time/cost effective manner and that schedules are met
3. To monitor all contracts to ensure compliance and analyse for potential efficiencies
4. Maintain fluid communication with the client (s) via contractually required reporting and supporting the Gates & Shutter Managers during scheduled meetings/contract reviews
5. Upstream internal reporting regarding status of the contract
6. Distribution of internal updates/memos etc. to personnel working on the contract
7. Assist in carrying out investigations in the event of any related incidents
8. Ensure HSEQ procedures are implemented and monitored
9. Ensure that all tasks are carried out in a safe manner via implementation of site audits/visits.
10. Raise material requisitions as per the contract scope/specification
11. Carry out site visits with a view to identifying defects/potential improvements and issuing quotes for works to the client
12. Ensure confidentiality of all correspondence and work related issues
