A leading global FMCG organisation is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support delivery within a major manufacturing transformation programme. This role will focus on Trade Promotion Management (TPM) workstreams, working closely with stakeholders across a fast‑moving, multi‑functional environment to ensure structured, high‑quality delivery.

Rate: £650-£750pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Location: London
On-site requirements: Mostly remote, on-site if and when required
Key Requirements:
Proven Project Management experience leading complex business and technology workstreams, ideally within FMCG or large‑scale transformation environments.
Must have experience delivering within TPM (Trade Promotion Management).
Strong ability to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and programme teams, translating requirements into clear actions.
Skilled in creating and managing project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and status reporting.
Able to navigate competing priorities, maintain structure, and provide clarity in fast‑paced settings.
Confident in identifying risks, issues, and gaps, driving resolution and challenging constructively where needed.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability across internal teams and third‑party vendors.
Highly organised, delivery‑focused, and comfortable working across multifunctional teams within a wider programme structure.
