The Role: * Lead, supervise, and support a team of supervision, trade operatives, and contractors to ensure effective resolution of reactive, maintenance and planned works. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering continuous improvement and professional development. * Allocate workloads, monitor performance, and conduct regular team reviews to ensure service standards and KPIs are met. * Oversee the investigation and resolution of complex disrepair claims in line with legal protocols and best practice. * Ensure accurate diagnosis of disrepair issues and timely delivery of remedial works to resolve complaints efficiently and cost-effectively. * Manage end-to-end case progression, including coordination with legal teams, insurers, and other internal departments. * Ensure all works comply with relevant legislation (e.g., Landlord and Tenant Act, Housing Health and Safety Rating System - HHSRS) and internal policies. * Conduct audits and inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and documentation across all disrepair cases. * Identify and address recurring disrepair trends to redu...
