A successful Cambridge-based technology company are seeking a Finance Manager to join its team, this role offers remote working and can be on a part time or full time basis. This role will be on a temporary to permanent basis so you must be available to start ideally within the coming weeks. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in financial management, ensuring accurate reporting, overseeing payroll, and driving efficiency in financial processes. The key responsibilities are as follows - Management accounts – preparation of reports, budgeting, and cash forecasting Revenue recognition – ensuring compliance with financial standards VAT & tax returns – UK and overseas compliance Payroll oversight & ledger management – ensuring accuracy and efficiency Audit preparation – supporting external audits and multi-currency reconciliations Process improvement – identifying efficiencies and adding value to the finance functionThe ideal candidate will be CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified (or equivalent), though strong candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
