Responsibilities
* Plan, react and proactively maintain commercial gas, combustion and HVAC systems.
* Deliver PPM, reactive and proactive maintenance across commercial gas, combustion and HVAC systems.
* Carry out wider building services maintenance – mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and fabric‑related tasks.
* Diagnose faults, repair and install new gas and heating systems.
* Undertake both major and minor installation works in compliance with relevant standards.
* Participate in the callout rota and respond to emergency issues in line with client SLA requirements.
* Ensure full compliance with legislation, Gas Safe standards and internal safety procedures.
* Maintain accurate work records using PDA systems and support clear communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Significant experience in commercial gas, combustion and heating‑related building services maintenance.
* Strong background in fault finding, routine maintenance and installation work.
* Extensive experience delivering Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
* Proven track record within Facilities Management (FM) or commercial building services environments.
* Commercial Gas Qualifications (must include): Commercial Core Safety – COCN1 or CODNC1; TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1; Gas Safe Registered; IPAF / PASMA; Full UK Driving Licence; Disability Confident.
