Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Encourage independent thinking, debate, and analysis. Plan and assess learning to support pupil progress and achievement. Take part in department planning and whole-school initiatives. Promote an inclusive, respectful classroom culture. Contribute to fieldwork, enrichment trips, and wider school life. Qualifications and Experience: QTS and a degree in Geography or a related subject (essential).
