Salary: £30,750 per annum FTE (£12,300 pro rata)
Location: Located at our Diocesan office in Stoke Gifford with an opportunity to explore hybrid working arrangements.
Duration: Permanent
Role Overview And Duties
* To promote and oversee the provision of spiritual direction in the Diocese of Bristol, especially by maintaining the system that allows Directors and Directees to be matched.
* To support and contribute to the training of Spiritual Directors.
The Organisation
The Diocese of Bristol is the part of the Church of England that serves Bristol and Swindon. There are more than 200 churches in the Diocese, led by hundreds of clergy. In addition, around 15,000 children and young people attend our 72 church schools.

Together.We want to understand what we do well, what we can change for the better and how to create a positive way forward together.
Desired Skills And Experience
The Adviser for Spiritual Direction will be a trained spiritual director, with excellent organisational skills, who can enable others to engage with this ministry and offer expertise across the breadth of the Diocese of Bristol.
