Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer – Static Site
We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a team at a static site location. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable Monday–Friday role with no call-out requirement.
Salary: £37,000 per annum (flexible for the right candidate)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day
Location: Static site (no travel required)
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services and HVAC systems within a facilities management environment.
Key duties include:

Conducting routine PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems
*
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to maintain system performance
*
Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety procedures and site standards
*
Maintaining accurate service records and maintenance documentation
*
Supporting the wider engineering team to ensure smooth site operations

Split and VRF systems

AHUs and FCUs

CRAC units

Packaged HVAC systems
Requirements
*
F-Gas qualification
*
Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications
*
Strong experience working within FM / M&E maintenance environments
*
Experience maintaining a range of HVAC systems
*
A multi-skilled maintenance background with strong fault-finding ability
