Care Concern Group is seeking a Unit Manager located in Oban, Scotland. In this role, you will lead a dedicated care team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for up to 62 residents. You'll be responsible for operational management, delivery of care aligned to individual plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.
The ideal candidate will have at least an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and prior experience in a leadership role. We offer £16.65 per hour, contracted hours up to 44 per week, and other benefits including annual leave and a supportive work environment.
