What Your Role will involve: To regularly monitor quality and standards of service and assess shortfalls of success, implementing remedial actions required. Control stock levels of linen, cleaning chemicals and consumables. Ensure all deliveries meet order requirements and quality in line with purchasing specifications. Maintain secure stock storage. Monitor linen quality. Manage, support the housekeeping team. Management of all HR related matters.
