We’re looking for an eCommerce Operations Lead to join our Product Success team and take ownership of the end-to-end configuration and execution of our registration platform. As the eCommerce Operations Lead, you’ll oversee the configuration and delivery of our online registration platform for global events. This role combines technical operations, team leadership, and project management to ensure every registration journey is accurate, timely, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. You’ll manage a distributed team, allocate work, oversee timelines, and act as a key escalation point for internal product teams and business units. This is a critical role in ensuring our events run smoothly and our digital platforms deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and support a team to deliver consistent, high-quality event registration outcomes.
2. Apply and uphold best practices and standards across all registration activities.
3. Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
4. Oversee the configuration and testing of registration systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
5. Identify and manage risks, resolving technical issues promptly.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
7. Ensure operational processes are scalable, inclusive, and consistently applied.
8. Promote a culture of learning, adaptability, and accountability within the team.
Requirements
9. Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in event or registration management.
10. Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and content management systems.
11. Ability to analyse performance data and implement process improvements.
12. Strong stakeholder management and project leadership
13. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

15. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
