Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse

Zero2Five are proud to be working with a home from home childcare setting based in Croydon, who are in search of a motivated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner. The successful applicant will work alongside an experienced team to encourage learning through play with natural resources in a calm, fun, and stimulating environment.

Requirements:

* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, BTEC)
* Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Sound knowledge of safeguarding practices
* At least two years' experience in an early years setting, including direct work in a baby room
* In-depth understanding of the EYFS framework and principles of child development
* Experience providing team support or demonstrating potential for leadership is advantageous, though not essential
* Genuine passion for early childhood education and dedication to the well-being of young children
* Positive, nurturing, and highly professional approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Dependability, adaptability, and strong time management skills
* Willingness to embrace feedback and actively pursue opportunities for leadership development
