The Role of Registered Home Manager:
As the Registered Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care. Key duties include:
 * Leading, developing, and motivating a dedicated care team.
 * Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and driving continuous improvement.
 * Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
 * Managing budgets, occupancy, and resources to ensure financial sustainability.
 * Overseeing care standards, hospitality, and the overall environment of the home.
 * Working collaboratively with wider teams to deliver excellent outcomes for residents.
About You
We're looking for a dynamic leader who is:
 * Experienced as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting (minimum 3 years).
 * Skilled in dementia care with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
 * Strong in leadership, able to inspire, support, and guide staff.
 * Knowledgeable in safeguarding, compliance, and CQC standards.
 * Commercially aware with experience in budget management and occupancy growth.
 * Passionate, resilient, and confident with excellent communication skills.
