The Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our F&B outlets; maintaining high standards of quality, and maximising guest satisfaction

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the day-to-day operations accross all our F&B outlets.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the F&B team, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to deliver outstanding service.
* Oversee the setup and preparation of dining areas.
* Monitor service standards to ensure efficient and attentive service delivery, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
* Assist in the development and implementation of menus, promotions, and special events to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
* Maintain inventory levels and control costs by minimising waste and implementing effective stock rotation procedures.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing laws at all times.
* Handle guest enquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as Kitchen, Housekeeping, Membership and Front Office, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in all F&B areas.
* Ensure team members are working flexibly to meet business requirements, across all F&B areas, moving between outlets to cover business peaks or breaks.
* Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance management of food and beverage staff, conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a Hotel or Members’ Club setting.
* Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including service skills and cost control.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
* Personal Licence holder (preferred but not essential)
