£60,000 to 70,000 GBP Bonus Hybrid WORKING Location: Northampton, East Midlands - United Kingdom Type: Permanent Technical Project Manager - Up to £75k Bonus - Hybrid We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a fast-paced technology team delivering critical IT initiatives. This is a hybrid role with a competitive salary up to £75,000 plus bonus, offering the chance to lead multiple projects that directly impact business operations. Please note: this role does not offer sponsorship. Key Responsibilities: Define, plan, and deliver multiple technical projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage cross-functional teams, including application, infrastructure, and third-party vendors, ensuring smooth project delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk/issue logs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Coordinate all activities related to design, development, testing, and deployment of technology solutions. Produce clear reporting for stakeholders, tracking milestones, dependencies, and project performance. Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle. Skills & Experience: Proven track record managing IT projects (£500k-£2M) in complex organisations. Experience across software development methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or MS Project. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Experience delivering projects with onshore and offshore teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams).
