To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. About the Role:
* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and store operations when needed.
* Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment, meeting targets.
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to perform at their best is central to your approach.
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside your team.
* Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.
