* Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the site's Health, Safety & Environmental Management System
* Ensure full compliance with UK regulations, National Grid requirements, and company standards
* Oversee risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans
* Perform site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
* Interface with the principal contractor, subcontractors, National Grid, and client representatives
* Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions
* Ensure accurate EHS reporting, documentation, and record-keeping
* Support the construction and commissioning phases across electrical and civil scopes
