Customer Services Representative Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service.
* GCSE 'O' level standard or NVQ level 2 or 3 in customer service or administration.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with customers and clients.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating social media platforms.
