Overview
Seeking an organised and motivated individual to plan and deliver impactful charity events. Requires experience in event management, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organise, and deliver a variety of charity events
* Prepare and monitor event budgets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, donors, and event participants
* Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials
* Ensure all events comply with charity policies, health and safety regulations, GDPR, and safeguarding guidelines
* Maintain accurate event records and databases
* Prepare post-event evaluation reports and lessons learned
Requirements/Experience
* Candidate must have experience in event management
