What You'll Be Doing Each day will be different, but your responsibilities may include: Assisting with personal care and daily routines Supporting individuals with mental health challenges or behaviours that may be considered challenging Escorting clients to appointments and social outings Ensuring clients' safety, comfort, and wellbeing Providing emotional support and companionship This role requires patience, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships.
