What You'll Be Doing
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our office, helping to ensure everything is in order and everyone has what they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing correspondence, calls, and emails with professionalism
* Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
* Maintaining office supplies and liaising with vendors
* Supporting HR and finance processes, including onboarding and invoice tracking
* Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
* Upholding confidentiality and data protection standards
