The Company:
OXBO are partnered with a fast-growing UK IPP delivering utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the UK. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a Delivery Project Manager.
As Delivery Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading projects from financial close through to O&M handover.

What you will be doing:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of battery energy storage (BESS) projects.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registers etc.
* Oversee EPC contractors to ensure compliance with contractual scope.
* Coordinate internal teams and external consultants across multiple work streams.
* Engage with landowners, stakeholders, and local communities.
* Conduct site visits and attend external meetings/events.
* Monitor and verify commissioning processes (FAT/SAT/SIT).
* Prepare reports for senior leadership and board-level review.
* General support of the delivery team and aiding in continuous improvement of delivery processes.
What you will bring:
* 3+ years’ experience in renewables, energy infrastructure, or BESS projects.
* Strong understanding of project management principles (PMP or PRINCE2 desirable).
* Experience working with contractors, landowners, and external stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Familiarity with planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
* Knowledge of grid connections and UK energy infrastructure (desirable).
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
* Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
