Electrician

Morgan Hunt are looking for qualified and dependable Electricians. The role involves working across a range of residential properties, including void (empty) homes and tenanted properties, delivering high-quality electrical and maintenance services. Key Responsibilities: Carry out all aspects of electrical work, including installation, testing, inspection, and fault finding Complete electrical works in void properties to prepare them for new tenants Undertake responsive repairs and planned maintenance in occupied homes Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner Complete certification and maintain accurate records of all work carried out Provide a professional and customer-focused service when working in tenanted properties Requirements: Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification Experience in domestic maintenance, ideally within social housing Testing and inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable Full UK driving licence (van provided for work use) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills What's on Offer: Competitive pay at 24.50 per hour 38-hour working week Company van provided for work purposes Stable, ongoing work within a large local authority Opportunity to make a positive impact on local housing and communities Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to temporary vacancies.
