What You'll Do:
Assist with AML requirements in line with current Government legislation
Production of Welcome packs in line with Clearview guidelines
Processing of invoices for the team of Consultants and maintain accurate records
Updating client platforms with data entry
Providing appropriate and timely responses to Employee property Maintenance issues and follow ups
Maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers & colleagues
General administrative duties
What You Need:
Strong communication & organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
A keen eye for detail & excellent customer service skills
