About The Role: Days of working: 12 hour shifts, 4 on, 4 off, Varied shift pattern Key Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering OCS security services to the client with direct responsibility for the day-to-day activities of your team Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole Efficient running of the team Identification of training needs and where necessary, delivery of training and the development of the team Assist your Line Manager in meeting agreed targets. Providing required data to your Line Manger within agreed timescales. Essential Hiring Criteria: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Certifications: Valid Security Guarding or Door Supervisor SIA Licence is required.
