Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Salary: Up to £70,000 per year
Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a fit-out and refurbishment contractor with numerous sites in Kent. The company has a strong reputation and an order book of current and future projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
* Work both in the office and on-site.
* Ensure accurate cost management and budgeting.
* Liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
* Oversee procurement and contract management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in construction
* Valid driving licence.
* Relevant qualifications and certifications.
Compensation:
* Up to £70,000 per year.
