Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Salary and Benefits
£26,000 – £43,000 per annum plus training, company vehicle, overtime opportunities, annual leave and pension scheme.
Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys at commercial, domestic and industrial premises.
* Obtain and analyse asbestos samples from sites.
* Perform four‑stage clearances (personal, leak, smoke, background air testing).
* Produce detailed technical reports and schematic drawings.
* Liaise with removals teams to oversee safety and compliance on sites.
* Wear correct PPE at all times.
* Work to agreed deadlines and personal targets.
Qualifications and Experience
* Hold the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 certificates (or RSPH equivalent).
* Strong track record as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
* Flexible to travel in line with company needs.
* Fully conversant with UKAS, HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines.
* Comfortable using industry IT software.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Interest in additional qualifications such as P401, CCP, or s301.
