Corporate Energy Associate (4-7PQE)
Capio are advising a leading US Law firm in London, seeking further growth in their Chambers Ranked Corporate Energy Group.
You can be from a broader Projects, Energy & Infrastructure background; looking to focus on Corporate Deals – or in a broad Corporate role, looking to sector specialise in Energy.
The focus is advising on high-end private M&A, Agreements & JVs; and supporting PE also.
Broad Energy Sector clients on offer from high growth Renewables, through to prestigious Oil & Gas.
You must be 4PQE (or soon approaching); England & Wales Qualified; and trained/worked at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or US law firm.
(We have further opportunities available for those, currently at Global Law firms in London.)
