We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic and a confident communicator, with a commitment and empathy to the housing needs of older people living in the community.
The Administration Assistant will provide comprehensive support and assistance to our Preventative Services by carrying out the administrative tasks that will ensure the smooth running of the services. As well as dealing with telephone enquiries and all other general enquiries received by the Agency. The post holder will work closely with older people, housing, health and social care professionals as well as third sector organisations in order to support older people to remain living independent in their own homes.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment and possess excellent IT skills.
