Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
o Ensure consistent application of main and sub-brands both internally and externally.
o Promote the company’s brand through case studies, industry events, and marketing campaigns.
o Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
o Plan and deliver exhibitions, corporate events, and conferences.
o Collaborate with senior leadership and site heads to develop targeted marketing strategies.
o Create promotional materials, email campaigns, and digital content.
o Track and report on marketing performance at Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings.
* Digital Marketing & Communications
o Oversee and update the company’s WordPress websites (content creation, SEO, analytics).
o Manage and grow social media channels to enhance brand engagement.
o Develop and distribute internal and external communications, including press releases.
o Implement an internal communications plan to align employees with company goals.
o Support sales and business development teams with marketing materials.
