The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, trimming, and portioning meat products to meet quality and safety standards. Ensure all incoming raw material meets the required specification Record and report any raw material issues, raising them duringthe weekly supplier group call Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area Provide training and guidance to Trimmers to achieve and maintain specification Follow food safety regulations and company procedures Work collaboratively with production staff to meet daily targets Use a knife in a safe manner at all times in line with company procedures. Previous experience in meat cutting or trimming preferred Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work in a cold environment and stand for extended periods Commitment to health and safety standards INDMP
