Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Financial Assistant based in Shepshed. The Financial Assistant will provide support with day-to-day financial operations, including preparing invoices, managing transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting with accounting tasks. Additional responsibilities include analysing financial data, supporting budgeting activities, and maintaining financial compliance. The role requires effective collaboration and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
Experience with Invoicing and knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in financial software, in particular Sage 50 and Microsoft Office tools.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
Prior experience in a similar financial or accounting role is advantageous
