The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing accounts, strong product knowledge, and experience either as a Buyer at NEXT or working with a direct supplier to NEXT.

Main responsibilities will include:
Manage and grow key accounts, developing and executing effective sales strategies to deliver growth and meet targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, leading negotiations, and finalising sales contracts
Present seasonal collections with confidence, showcasing an in-depth understanding of product details, trends, and customer needs
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence in womenswear
Attend client meetings, trade shows, and presentations, acting as the main point of contact for sales activity
Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reports to senior management, highlighting goals, opportunities, and challenges
Person Specification:
Proven experience in a sales or buying role within womenswear
Direct experience working with NEXT (as a buyer or supplier)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships
Strong commercial awareness with analytical skills to track performance and identify growth opportunities
