As a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you’ll play a dual role—taking ownership of both pre-construction and live project commercial management.

Role Overview
As a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you will be responsible for:
* Preparing accurate cost estimates, tenders, and bills of quantities.
* Managing the commercial performance of live projects.
* Overseeing subcontractor procurement and valuations.
* Supporting pre-construction and bid submissions.
* Monitoring budgets, variations, and cash flow.
* Building lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
About You
* Proven experience as a QS and/or Estimator within a small to mid-size contractor.
* Strong understanding of pricing, tendering, and cost control.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
* Detail-driven, commercially astute, and proactive in approach.
