ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Analyst, Operations – Business Applications is an experienced and dynamic team player who will play a pivotal role in the implementation and ongoing support of Welltower’s Yardi CRM and RentCafe modules. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work cross-functionally to streamline the sales process and improve operational efficiencies. The Analyst, Operations – Business Applications will be required to work within a high demand, performance driven environment that focuses on implementing scalable solutions that are aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develops and leverages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives
2. Provides expertise in designing and optimizing resident journeys, ensuring standardization
3. Work closely with the Yardi Implementation team and third-party data consultants in the execution of the implementation of the CRM and RentCafé modules
4. Works closely with AVP, Operations in the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs across multiple mediums
5. Contributes to maintaining project plans and timelines
6. Conducts comprehensive training to ensure proficient CRM and RentCafe system use
7. Provides ongoing support addressing issues, and continuously optimizing workflows
8. Collaborates with internal support teams to resolve challenges
9. Implements quality assurance processes
10. Understands and fosters cross-program and cross-functional dependencies to champion execution success and maximize value capture
11. Establishes best practices and ensures solution delivery adheres to defined standards
12. Manages to business case or approved budget by controlling spend related to one-time and recurring costs while generating value or earnings by driving ROI
13. Develops regular and thorough status communications for senior leadership and stakeholders
14. Anticipates and mitigates risks, dependencies, and impediments to facilitate resolutions

TRAVEL

Out-of-area and overnight travel should be expected as outlined in specific projects for which this role will engage.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Skills / Specialized Knowledge:

15. Ability to manage portfolios of work
16. Solid understanding of project management and agile practices, with the ability to teach and coach others
17. Keen ability to engage and work with different teams
18. Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and communications skills
19. Effective documentation and reporting skills

Experience:

20. At least 4 years of operations, financial, or technology implementation
21. Strong understanding of customer journey design and best practices
22. Proven experience working on complex CRM implementation projects
23. Preferred experience with Yardi’s CRM, RentCafé and associated modules
24. Project Management and Technical Support experience
25. Experience planning and working on implementations of system changes in a SOX environment is preferred

Education:

26. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred
27. Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification strongly preferred
