About the Role The Sheffield Corporate team now have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join their senior management as a Director or Partner. The team sees this appointment as key to driving the next phase of its growth.Ideally candidates would have an existing following – but someone who has a clear plan as to how they would help create future growth would also be considered. Candidates with at least 7 PQE are invited to apply. You will be involved in the whole range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equity.
