About the Role
Lounges are special places, and what makes them so are the brilliant people who run them — and you'll be one of them. As a Front of House Team Member, you're naturally welcoming and comfortable making people feel at home.
You can read each customer: whether someone wants a quiet coffee with their laptop or a group celebrating with cocktails and tapas, you adapt your style accordingly. Working with management and the team, you'll deliver 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy — because of your natural skills.
