We are seeking an experienced and driven Golf Lead to oversee and develop all golf-related business activities at Craigtoun, reporting directly to the General Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering an exceptional golfing experience while driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple departments across the business, including Food & Beverage, Course Management, Membership & Events, Sales, the Golf Academy, Caddie Services, and Reservations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer journey. Operating at both a strategic and operational level, the Golf Lead will be responsible for defining the vision and direction of the golfer experience, while identifying and implementing new sales and marketing opportunities to grow the business. With full responsibility for managing golf operations, the role requires strong leadership to motivate and develop the team, maintain high service standards, and continuously improve performance. The Golf Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer service excellence is consistently delivered, while maximising commercial opportunities and supporting the wider objectives of Craigtoun and the organisation as a whole.
