About the role
Due to our bold growth plans, we are recruiting for an Apprentice Land Buyer to join our Land team in the Southwest region, based in Ringwood.
You will be part of the regional land team, learning about land acquisition processes and our requirements within the first few months.
Your responsibilities will include researching towns, identifying land opportunities, visiting towns, meeting landowners and agents, and assisting with site appraisals and valuations.
You will be involved in the entire process from due diligence to legal completion, gaining comprehensive experience in Land Acquisitions.
We will fund your Surveying Technician apprenticeship, which includes working experience in our Commercial, Design, Technical, and Construction Departments.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.30pm, and Fridays from 9am to 5pm.
Qualifications upon completion
* Surveying Technician Level 3 apprenticeship
* BTEC Level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment
Progression opportunities
After Level 3, you can pursue further studies such as HNC or Degree apprenticeships in Real Estate Management. Career paths include Land Buyer, Land Manager, and Land Director.

* Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
* Motivation, enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
Required qualifications
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C/4/5).
* GCSE in Geography is advantageous.
