Red Recruitment are working with a Redditch based client who are on the lookout for Bench joiners to join them on a Temp to permanent basis.
Details
* Temp-to-perm
* 07:00-17:30 - Monday to Friday
* Hourly rate between £15.00 - £17.00 per hour DOE
Duties
* Fabricate bespoke wooden components according to detailed specifications and drawings
* Assemble joinery elements using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment
* Operate a variety of hand tools such as chisels, saws, planes, and screwdrivers safely and efficiently
* Utilise carpentry skills to construct frames, furniture, or fixtures as required
* Install joinery products on-site or within workshop settings with precision
* Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished components safely to ensure smooth workflow
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements
* Proven experience in joinery
* Proficiency with hand tools, xsngvjr power tools, and specialised woodworking equipment, including having your own tools
* Strong background in carpentry principles and joinery methods
* Knowledge of roofing installation processes and materials
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively over extended periods
* Excellent attention to detail
