They are involved in major transport projects such as High Speed 2, Heathrow Airport surface access, and large-scale new developments in Old Oak Common and Southall. All of these provide opportunities and risks for active travel in the borough. The Highways team delivers a range of projects, including cycling, bus priority, and road safety schemes.
The Transport team delivers other sustainable travel initiatives such as bike hangars, School Streets, micromobility, cargo bike schemes and strategic transport improvements, and theyd love you to join them.
