You will identify and secure new employer opportunities and convert leads into enrolments, working closely with the Account Management team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the apprenticeship sector. A degree or equivalent qualification is also required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
