At Change Grow Live we are dedicated to fostering holistic wellness within the community. We believe in the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness and we strive to create a supportive environment where individuals can thrive. We are looking for a qualified Yoga Therapist who would like volunteer to make a difference in the lives of people who are directly and indirectly affected by alcohol and substance use. It is often overwhelming and emotional for the people we support in the recovery community; they face many challenges, stresses and life adjustments. By offering/teaching calming yoga techniques you will be supporting our service users and staff to reduce the daily stress and be able to relax and unwind. What you'll do ( full role description is attached) Lead yoga therapy sessions tailored to individuals with varying needs, including stress relief, mobility issues and mental wellness. Make a meaningful impact in people's live by promoting physical and mental well-being. Maintain a register of appointments and record consent given. Set the room up for 1-2-1 or group sessions and maintain a clean, tidy relaxing environment. Why volunteer with us Gain valuable experience and enhance your skills in a supportive environment. A compassionate, patient and friendly demeanour. Great communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life.
