Hours: 10 hr shifts, 13 on 1 off
PAYE Pay Rates: NAECI Blue Book Grade 5
* Basic - £22.44 plus holiday pay
* OT1 - £31.42
* OT2 - £40.39
* Bonus - £2.37 per hour
The Role:
* We are currently recruiting experienced Riggers for maintenance works at a chemicals site in South Wales. This role will involve working on shutdowns, heavy lifts, and plant support activities.
* Rigging, slinging, and moving heavy plant equipment and components.
* Working as part of a team to complete shutdown maintenance safely and efficiently.
* Interpreting lift plans and executing lifting operations under Appointed Person direction.
* Working in line with site-specific health and safety procedures.
* Collaborating with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth operation of maintenance tasks.
* Dismantling and installation of mechanical plant items.
