Incredible opening for a Management Accountant to join a market leader in their field. The business has exciting plans for growth both in the UK and globally over the coming years and the right candidate will play a pivotal role supporting strategic planning and operational decision-making through high-quality analysis. This is a highly visible role with a clear plan of development and progression once established in the business.About the Role* Preparation of monthly management accounts, including full P&L responsibility, balance sheet recs and variance.* Progressively automate reporting and streamline month-end processes.* Delivery of monthly reporting packs with KPI's, gross margin & overheads.* Collaborate with finance to produce budgeting, forecasting & analysis.* Work closely with the Financial Controller to deliver audit.* Investigate costs across sales, material, labour.* Business Partner Operations, Production, Planning and other business departments.* Develop and refine costing models, margin reports and KPI's.* Manage ERP update and standardise management reporting processes once live.Qualifications* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
Or Qualified by experience with 10 years+ experience. Required Skills* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and accounting systems).* Relevant experience from a manufacturing/engineering/Logistics/Project-Based environment.* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to deal with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.* Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.* Desire to progress into a more commercially focussed role once established with the business.In return you'll be working for an organisation that values its employees above all else.
