About the Role
Are you passionate about training, systems, and aviation? Draken Europe is seeking a dynamic Trainer & Support Specialist to join our Aerotrac Support & Training Team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality ERP training across our organisation, supporting key business functions including Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance.
This is a hands-on role where you'll develop and deliver engaging training programmes, provide expert user support, and help shape the future of Aerotrac use across Draken Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive Aerotrac ERP training programme.
* Provide in-person training at our Bournemouth HQ and other UK/international sites.
* Act as a key point of contact for Aerotrac user support and troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with the Change Lead Group to align training with evolving business processes.
* Maintain training standards and continuously improve training effectiveness.
* Represent Draken in monthly meetings with the Aerotrac software developer (Tracware).
* Deputise for the Aerotrac Support Lead when required.
What You'll Bring
* Essential:
* Train the Trainer qualification.
* Strong understanding of ERP systems and engineering practices.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to deliver complex topics in an engaging and accessible way.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
* Desirable:
* Experience with Aerotrac ERP.
* Knowledge of UK CAA and EASA aviation regulatory frameworks.
